ForgeAI

This project was undertaken as a effort to design and prototype an internal AI-powered talent management tool, where I led both the product design and front-end development from initial brief through to a stakeholder-approved working prototype.

React

API handeling

Problem statement

Project Managers were caught between two friction points every time a new project came in. Extracting the important information from a new project file that was multiple pages long was slow and understanding exactly what roles were even needed was slower. Managers had to manually go trough thousands of CV's that were stored in the companies database. And after finding the "perfect match" for the project there was still a chance that the employee might be fully booked for other projects.

Manual Talent Discovery

Project briefs aren't built to be scanned

User persona

Since there was only one person involved in managing project briefs, crafting a user persona was straightforward.

The Project Manager

"I just need to know who’s free and who can actually do this"

Goals: move fast, staff well, avoid renegotiating scope after the team’s been promised

Frustrations: reading dense briefs, pinging HR, finding the "perfect" match for the brief
